To thoroughly implement the national strategic deployment of "building a new development pattern featuring domestic and international dual circulation", and deepen cooperation between Guangdong and Liaoning provinces in areas such as industrial synergy, market interconnection, and cultural exchange, on June 28, 2025, the "Home in China • Guangdong-Liaoning Better Together" launch ceremony and cultural and economic exchange event, with the theme of "North and South, Mountains and Seas in Harmony, Mutual Pursuit for Win-Win", was successfully held in Zhuhai City. This event invited nearly 200 representatives from the political, academic, and business circles from Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao, Liaoning, Jilin, Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Japan to attend.

Cui Changzheng, the deputy secretary-general of the Liaoning Provincial Government, attended the event and delivered a speech. In his speech, he said that culture is the root and soul of a nation, and economy and trade are the driving force for development and prosperity. "Home in China" is not only an emotional belonging but also the starting point for win-win cooperation. This event takes "Home in China" as a bond, culture as a bridge, and economy and trade as an opportunity. It combines the open genes of Zhuhai as a special economic zone with the profound cultural heritage and vigorous economic vitality of Guangdong and Liaoning to build a broader new platform for regional exchanges and cooperation.

Liu Qi, Executive Chairman of Home in China, Zhou Fuhui, Vice Chairman of the Liaoning Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Li Zhaohui, President of the Liaoning Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong Province, and Shi Qing, Executive Vice President of the Shenzhen Business Association, delivered speeches respectively. Guo Bin, Deputy Director of the Liaoning Provincial Department of Commerce, made a presentation on the provincial conditions of Liaoning.

After the conference, the "Home in China • Guangdong-Liaoning, Better Together" special concert, jointly organized by the China Cultural and Economic Exchange Conference Organizing Committee and Shenyang Conservatory of Music, was successfully held at the Zhuhai Grand Theatre. With the theme of cultural exchange between Guangdong and Liaoning, the concert featured a selection of music rich in the characteristics of Northeast China and Guangdong, as well as over ten classic vocal and instrumental works from China and abroad. Through chamber music forms such as solo singing, ensemble singing, solo instrumental performances, and ensemble instrumental performances, it sang the harmonious and beautiful melody of "the north and south, mountains and seas, united in pursuit and mutual benefit", and spread the cultural concept of "harmony and coexistence, beauty in diversity". The concert concluded with the singing of "My Motherland and I".

In the future, the "Home in China · Guangdong-Liaoning, Better Together" series of activities will continue to be held in Shenyang, Shenzhen, Dalian and Guangzhou. Based on the resource endowments of the two provinces, it will focus on four dimensions: cultural exchange, industrial integration, talent mobility and win-win cooperation in going global, to create a "mountain and sea model" of north-south collaboration.
